Can I work with Samantha if I live outside Philadelphia?
Yes. The process is designed for remote clients. We ship your personalized Swatch Box to a U.S. address and meet for a virtual design consult, so you can begin a custom gown without traveling to Philadelphia.
Do you offer virtual design consults?
Yes. Virtual design consults are now the heart of the Samantha Covey process. Your Swatch Box lets you feel fabrics and lace, take guided measurements, and arrive at the consult ready to make thoughtful decisions.
What happens after I submit the appointment request?
Samantha reviews your project, inspiration, and material choices. After your Swatch Box payment is complete, we curate and ship your swatches, then help you prepare for a personal virtual design consult.
Do I need to know exactly what I want before reaching out?
No. I typically see two types of brides: those who know what they want and those who need help discovering their style. Don't worry if you don't have everything figured out! The first appointment will be extremely helpful for you, as it allows us to discover your vision together and determine the best path forward.
